The Ettihad Stadium is a legitimate venue for this English football club with a series of best achievements both in the domestic arena of the English league or for subregions under the UEFA constitution such as the champions league and European league. This is Manchester City which is called one of the best soccer teams in the world to end this decade, especially after the club is legally held by most entrepreneurs from the Middle East who can turn it into a respectable club in the world.

In the early 1980s City experienced turbulent times of decline which culminated in a decline to the 3rd tier of the English football league scheme in 1998 for the first time in their history. When the English Premier League was first made in 1992, City was one of the first league initiators. However, the club’s performance was not immediately better, and City had to be relegated back to level 2 to 2 times, just a moment in the FA Cup since the Premier League, City’s best achievement only reached the quarter-finals.

After ending the league in the 2006-07 season in fourteenth place, the following season the club’s achievements began to creep up. In mid-2007 the club was legitimately owned by ambitious Thai billionaires and was the former First Minister of Thailand, Thaksin Shinawatra. However, Thaksin’s ownership did not last long because of corruption charges in his country, finally in September 2008 Thaksin sold the club ownership to entrepreneurs who are part of the royal family of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates namely Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan subsequently spent several hundred million pounds to buy top class players so that clubs could compete. Chasing success in 2011, Manchester City advanced to the UEFA Champions League and won the FA Cup. This success reached its peak by winning the 2011-12 English Premier League.

This can be seen from the increasingly interesting football game exhibited by some of its employees in a tight competition agenda or the Manchester City agenda. More than their success in winning prestigious championship titles from the English league, FA Cup, Carling Cup until now, and although for the European competition arena, Manchester itself has not been able to talk much but can only get runner-place in the winning trophy namely in 1969/1770 .

But the results of recent positive trends in the midst of intense competition in the football agenda that rolled in Europe actually invited the attention of the football world. Considering that not only English-style games on grass but professional club controls and management schemes supported by large financials and world-quality sponsors make the name Manchester City itself reasonable to be considered a candidate for the giant clubs in the world.
